How to Print A4 Size Notion Page
Writing on Notion is an easy and surreal experience. You can use Notion for your personal and professional use. Notion helps you with many customization options.
If you need to export these Notion pages you can do so easily with Notion features. In this tutorial, we will see how you can print Notion pages in A4 size.
There are two options you can try: 1. Notion export feature and 2. Browser print option and we will look at these two options here.
Option 1: Using Notion export
1. Go to the page you want to export
First, go to the page you want to export as PDF.
2. Click on “…” to open a menu
Then, click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to open the menu and look for the export option below.
3. Click on the “Export” option and download
After you find the export option click on it and customize the setting and format you want to export. Make sure to export the format as PDF and the page format as A4.
Option 2: Using the Browser print option
You can also print the page with the help of a browser and it gives some additional features that you can use.
1. Click on “:” to open settings
First, you need to click on the three settings option to open the settings and their you will find the print option.
Note: There is a shortcut in Chrome, “Ctrl+P” but it doesn’t work here when you use this shortcut it will open the Notion search function.
2. Click on the “Print” option
Then you will find the print option on the menu, click on it.
3. Click on “More settings” and customize
After that, you will see a popup and there you will find many customization options, click on “more settings” and then you will find the page size and make sure it is selected as “A4” size.
