You can write your content on Notion and use Sotion to enable email signup for people to provide their emails to access the page.
In this tutorial, we will see how you can set up Sotion for email signup.
PS: You can use Sotion for password protecting your Notion pages.
Benefits of Email Signups
- You own your audience: You can have an audience that loves your content.
- You can market your audience as you like.
- You have control over your audience.
Step-1: Connect Your Notion Page
First, you need to connect your Notion page with Sotion. You can use a custom domain or their subdomain. Your own domain brings branding and authenticity, but if you dont need it, that’s fine.

Step 2: Enable Email Signup from the dashboard
After you connect your Notion page then you can enable the email signup option from the dashboard, which you can find under the page section with the membership option.

Step-3: Your page is ready
After that, your page is ready for email signup; you can share the link to anyone now. Your audience has to sign up with their email to access the Notion page.

You can now easily manage your members and see the list of all members who have signed up for your site. You can also add or remove any member you want and customize it according to your needs.
