How to enable offline mode in Notion

Notion Offline Mode

Recently, Notion introduced offline mode, where you can access any page or database from Notion with wifi or an internet connection. It is the most-awaited feature for the Notion community.

You can use the offline mode feature in your desktop and mobile apps. You can just enable the feature and you will be able to access the page.

Note: The feature is still rolling out to users, so if you can’t find the option, just wait, and you will get access.

Here is the tutorial for you to access the offline mode.

Step-1: Open the page you want offline

First you open the page that you want to make offline.

Step-2: Click on three-dots for settings

Then click on the three dots that you have top right corner and click on it to open the page settings.

Step-3: Check on “Available Offline”

After that, you can see an option to make the page offline with the “Available Offline” option.

Manage Offline Pages

After you have made the page offline, you can manage your offline page in the settings. Just go to the settings, click on offline, and you will see all the pages that you have marked as offline in one place. This is where you can manage them.

Offline Mode: other features

Offline mode also has some paid features. If you have upgraded to a paid Notion plan, you can automatically download recent and favorites for offline use.

For now, Notion allows the first 50 rows in the first view in a database tobe available offline.

While you are offline, you can create a new page, view and edit a page, and do some other things like buttons, AI blocks, forms, and embed from other apps.
