Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the SyncedDocs Google Workspace Add-on (“Service”) operated by us.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

  1. Description of Service

SyncedDocs provides a service to synchronize content from Google Docs to Notion. The Service is provided “as is” and is subject to change or termination without notice.

  1. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Pro Plan”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

  • Free Plan: Includes limited document syncs (lifetime limit of 10 documents).
  • Pro Plan: Includes unlimited syncs and priority support.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. We do not store your financial information.

  1. User Accounts

When you use our Service, you guarantee that the information you provide (via Google Authentication) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the Google account you use to access the Service.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SyncedDocs and its licensors.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SyncedDocs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
